GromFests in December and January

BOOK ONLINE

After the huge success of the inaugural Kitethrills Gromfest last September, and with the overwhelming positive feedback and interest, Kitethrills is excited to announce two more Gromfests for these summer school holidays.

Overview

On the 14th-16th December, and on 18th – 20th January, the Kitethrills team will host an affordable skills program for kids under 17.  The program will include tuition from the current world champion Andy Yates, and other top coaching staff from Kitethrills.

Mike Walker, Kitethrills director says, ” we are very keen to promote the younger side of the sport.  Teens are so full of energy and kiting is a great way for them to burn it.  It’s a clean sport with a great community vibe about it.  Participants are friendly and helpful to one another and its a good example for kids to learn.  It’s great for the industry to have teens in the sport as they have a long future and broad networks of friends.  This program is really about promoting the sport, creating an affordable, fun and inspiring way for the young guys and girls to be involved.  We are particularly encouraging newcomers to the sport with extra resources for first-timers.  Any kids who can already ride, will be amped to be taught by the world champion and will certainly enjoy the program and learn a lot.”
